Karla Ramos combines her love for real estate, her passion for music, and her interest in education. The daughter of educator parents and school principals, she learned from an early age the importance of constant learning and teaching those willing to listen. Since she was a child, Karla won numerous trophies and singing competitions, which allowed her to acquire confidence in speaking and performing in public. Currently, she is part of a choir of sacred music. She graduated as an Economist and Finance Specialist from the University of Antioquia in Medellin, where she was sent as a representative to several international economic congresses.

Before becoming a real estate consultant, Karla worked as a banking advisor at Colpatria, in the public sector as secretary of finance for four years, and as municipal mayor in a town in the department of Cordoba in Colombia. She is married, has two intelligent sons, and one spoiled Persian cat. Since 2016, Karla has served as a realtor, coinciding with the beginnings of House4U Real Estate in Barranquilla, where she currently leads the sales and leasing team. She aims to represent and assist buyers, sellers, renters, and tenants in their daily needs.

Karla believes it is crucial to constantly learn and train since we are never a “finished product”, and she always transmits this philosophy to her colleagues. She is a specialist in residential and commercial real estate in the city. She is dedicated to offering a service with a lot of empathy and human warmth, attending to the requirements of her clients with the best disposition.
